We understand that going through a claims situation is not always easy. At BlueCircle we want to make sure your first point of contact is quick, and one of the simplest parts of the process.
If you need to report a claim during regular business hours contact your broker, we’ll handle everything from our end and get you in contact with a claims adjuster. If something happens outside of the hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday feel free to contact the insurance company directly and they will get your claim underway.
We will be notified, and we’ll follow up to make sure you’re ok, and that your claim is handled.
